Master room has vault ceiling, en-suite bathroom, dressing room and Jacuzzi. There are no shelves fitted, but the room only.
Each villa has a private swimming pool with 42 sqm, a 40 m2 wooden or travertine terrace ideal for sunbathing, a closed garage for 2 cars, a water tank with 5 tons of water capacity and an engine room.

| Key Features and Facilities |
All the villas are constructed according to the First Degree Earthquake Zone Regulations. Nervure irons and C25 concrete are used in the construction.
Sub-structure and perimeter of the building are fitted with drainage pipes to give resistance to humidity and dampness.
Sub-basements, terrace areas, bathrooms, WCs and the roof taps have been insulated against water and humidity.
Double-glazed windows are fitted.
All materials used are certified by TSE (equivalent to EU standards).
All of the central heating and air-conditioning pre-installations are made. There are no units fitted.
